Welcome to The Intuitive Mind, an at-home mindful meditation, relaxation and creative journaling retreat designed to calm and clear the mind, so you can start living more intuitively.
For nearly 10 years, I lived a life I felt something was missing. From the outside everything appeared great, but inside I felt lost and incomplete. I lacked motivation for where I was and what I was doing.
One day I went searching for that missing piece. I went looking for a more inspired life. I wanted to feel alive. And guess what? I found it. I realized exactly what my soul was yearning for all along.
I found my intuition and her incredibly soulful guidance through meditation, deep relaxation, and intuitive journaling.
I will be introducing my method for greater intuition in this retreat. Many of these practices were taught by ancient yogis, monks and spiritual teachers all over the world. In The Intuitive Mind, I take these ancient practices and share them in my own words and style.

Kori Hahn is the founder of Santosha Society, a community place for living life with more "santosha" (contentment). She is a passionate yogi with over 18 years of yoga training and experience. Kori is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor and Government of India certified Ayurvedic Massage Therapist. After intensive trainings in yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and theology, her teacher told her it was time to teach herself.
Kori only teaches from her own first hand experiences. She teaches the practices that have worked for her and that she is well versed/ practiced in. Kori's teaching style is heavily influenced in Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Integrative Restoration Method of Yoga Nidra, Vipassana Meditation, Bali Usada Healing Meditation, Tibetan Buddhism and Ayurveda. Kori believes the greatest benefits of yoga come when we use it to bridge the gap between our spiritual souls and our everyday lives.
